Calling all wine lovers! Lets explore more of this amazing region together! We are thrilled to have Taylor Blasini join us for this wine dinner! Chef Robert Mata has teamed up on these pairings to bring you on this culinary road trip! 

Antipasti
Chickpea and basil Croquettes 
Fried Chickpea, Basil, Roasted garlic, and potato. On a bed dressed arugula and fresh Herb sauce. 

Primi
Quail Salad
Grilled quail, strawberry, feta, arugula, shaved carrots (tri color) honey citrus vinegarette. 

Secondi
Scallops over Broccoli risotto and shitake mushrooms. Topped with a Bearnaise sauce 

Terzo
Pork oso bucco with saffron polenta 

Dolci
Lemon ricotta cake
