Taylor Blasini, special guest this evening teams up with Chef Robert Mata. This evening they have curated a menu that shows you the breathe of this amazing region. 

These wines come from very small vineyards that are off the beaten path, it's an honor to be able to offer these for sale after the event.

Antipasti
Grilled Octopus & braised red cabbage, crispy potato sticks, dressed in a leak sauce. 

Primi
Crab Cake Salad, remoulade sauce, spring mix, red onion and shaved asparagus, toasted pistachios, tossed in Sundried tomato vinaigrette. 

Secondi
Beet and Shrimp Ravioli 
Mixed Beets, butter poached Shrimp, Ricotta, and fresh herbs. Topped with tarragon Velouté 

Terzo
Beef Cheek and Sweet Potato 
Braised beef cheek, kale, Sweet Potato puree, dressed with a caper-pesto sauce. 

Dolci
Layered Angel food cake and Devils chocolate cake
