Spicy Rigatoni Alla Vodka review by John
Caprese Bruschetta was a great start to an awesome dinner. Toasty crostini with crisp bruschetta- flavor was on point. The Spicy Rigatoni Alla Vodka was supreme. You will not be disappointed.

My trip to Juliet's was the perfect warm Christmas experience. I had the chicken piccata which was the perfect combo of warm, fresh, citrusy flavor, and portion size. Will be going back : ).

Had such an amazing experience, me and my wife were visiting Austin to see our daughter who just finished her first year at UT. Our server was Marlin, she was so sweet and helpful giving the best recommendation. We told her how hungry we were and our restrictions, and let her choose for us: (To start) the black truffle arancini (amazing contrast of crispy outside and soft and warm inside) with a drizzle of rich truffle cream beneath that is an explosion of flavor (2nd) She recommended the butter lettuce salad. A delicious well rounded salad and big enough size to split or even as an entree if you has one of their protein options: (Main Course) She recommended the spicy rigatoni alla vodka and the garlic scallops for our main. They were incredible; the spicy rigatoni wasn't too spicy just had a nice kick to it with fatty chunks of bacon. The garlic scallops also had bacon but just sprinkle of a bed of risotto that was the perfect structure to support the riches of the scallops. Definitely is a must any time I'm in Austin. Beautiful restaurant (amazing landscape patio over flowing with mantically groomed greenery), incredible food, and what really made the experience was how great our server marlin was. 10 out of 10
Margherita Pizza
I mean, it's pizza, my favorite food, so I still enjoyed it. But it wasn't as good as the Margherita VPN at DeSano Pizzeria, which is farther away and more expensive. I was hoping to find something closer that would be as good. DeSano's crust is less greasy, it has more tomato sauce, it doesn't pile on multiple types of flavorless tomato slices, and the cheese is less rubbery / seems more fresh. It also uses just a few whole basil leaves instead of lots of sliced basil. (Easy enough to remove some of the basil though.) IWhoever develops Juliet's pizza recipes should make a trip to DeSano and borrow some inspiration! As the saying goes, great artists steal.

I absolutely love 💗 Juliet's shrimp scampi 🍤 so much that I started to make it the same way at home … I do prefer to eat at the restaurant then To go .. it spilled a bit and wasn't as fresh snd delicious 😋 Sldo didn't seem like as much but I will keep coming back .. it so good !!

Thank you very much for the Excellent service and oustanding food. We came yesterday to celebrate my Birthday and a family reunion more than 7 years that we have not been together We love all your recomendations specially the pasta Di mare, the mussels.the salmon. The beef tenderloin was so delucious cooked to pefrfection. Th calanari were a hit. Perfect to share and the Mussels were Oustanding that kick flavors we all love it!! A wonderfull rissotto with scallops very nice .the wine pair so good with the food. Our teens love the shrimp psta with that lemon zest and love the fetuccine The salmon was really good too. I am a seafood lover and we truly enjoy every single dish. From the Anti pasti to dessert. Everything was so Delicious Love their private room!! And service was Oustanding. Thank you for making this evening So special!!. Family is Everything. And you defently let's us enjoy our time together!. We defently are coming back!.

Very testfull and fresh. The shrimp scampi was excellent. The shrimp were tender and cooked perfectly, and the garlic butter sauce was rich and full of flavor without being overwhelming. The pasta was cooked just right and absorbed the sauce well. The balance of garlic, lemon, and butter made every bite delicious. I would definitely order it again and recommend it to anyone who enjoys seafood and pasta.
